Blah.....
So it seems that Deepest Sender works with Firefox 2.0 now... it's amazing how I'd just forgotten about some plugins entirely while using it... it's just so spiffy.
So anyway, it seems I've forgotten to blog. Heh.
Work is going really well so far. I enjoy this job, and it's challenging but interesting at the same time. I can see myself being here for a while. I've met a lot of great people so far, but of course there are some that I can live without. But you really get that everywhere. What I can't figure out is why there are some people here that just won't talk to me. It's really confusing to see people talking to someone that I'm friends with (and that are somewhat similar to me) yet ignore me, despite the fact that they were just laughing and having a good time. Eh, no matter... their loss, right? :p
School is also going well, I've changed my major (yeah, again) to English. I'm supposed to have a minor, but I'm torn on what to have as a minor. Some have suggested Classics to me, but I really don't feel like learning Greek or Hebrew, though I do have an interest in Mythology. I wish there were classes on Asian history, that'd be interesting. The only thing I don't like is that I have to have 18 hours of 200-level or higher classes (meaning above a Sophomore level) so that could potentially add another year until I graduate. *sigh*
Ah, I'm on the Mock Trial team now. I REALLY like doing that... I don't like the fact that the case this year is civil and not criminal (criminal cases are far more fun, especially if I'm on Prosecution) but I couldn't ask for a cooler team to be on. I've known the team captain for about two years now (he was something of a regular when I was at EB Games) and there are some awesome people on the team that I'm quickly becoming close with. No marriage candidates though, unless I'm missing something, but there's a "No Mockcest" rule in effect so I couldn't date a team member anyway. Not that I DO date, now that I think of it. ^^;
