my real issue in this is that I realize that 85% of people wouldn't of stopped, though a 1/4 of them might of thought about it... I was raised in an area where it might be 20+ minutes for the next car at that time of night, so if you see a crash you stop because the person might die because you couldn't be bothered...

what is so wrong with the world that you cant help people just because its the right thing to do...
