So, as it turns out, shameless self-promotion will smoke me out of my livejournal hole like nothing else...
I just realized that there's only one day left to vote for this year's National Underground Spoken Word and Poetry Awards (NUSPAs), so you should get on that, if you're so inclined. Among the DC/Baltimore folk nominated are Delrica Andrews, Droopy, the entire 2006 slam team, and me, for a poem about cloning myself for sexual purposes. No, seriously.
