(no subject)
Last night was very silly. Raas chaos was excellent! All the groups were very good, though some better than others. Which is why it's good that it was a competition. The winners are going to another competition in Chicago in April, and we were kind of half-joking about taking a road trip out there to see it. It's raas, garba, bollywood/fusion, and other kinds of dance, which sounds pretty cool.
Then we went to an excellent tapas restaurant! Yay! It was really good.
Then we went to the after party, which was very silly. First we had to wait for a long time, and then the dj wasn't wonderful, and it was extremely crowded (at least downstairs). It wasn't as sketchy as I had been warned, which was a relief. In any case, I was pretty exhausted part way through, and didn't really enjoy the last half hour there. Oh well. Then, when we got home, pv and I stayed up very late talking to a friend who was visiting. Good times!
Today, I slept in very late, and then finished the section of my capstone that's due tomorrow (12 pages! 32 overall!). Now I'm watching Angel.
Lots of work to get done before going home for Thanksgiving and then doing lots of work in Baltimore. Maybe finishing some things...who knows?
