See, that face? That is everything I love about him right there -- grumpy beyond his years. <3
Mario, on the other hand, was in a complete zen-like mode. I'm sure there're so many things going on in his head right now; Family, Girlfriend, Santon, Mortgage payment...
LOLOLOLOLOL. Your captions were so inspired today, I haven't even had coffee and I'm still giggling like crazy.
Dessena's hair is so profoundly troubling, what is that look? The white guy Ronaldo?
Also, we need to find out who's giving the haircuts in camp -- just Abate is one thing, but Abate and Alberto both getting rid of their pretty locks? Something is up!
grumpy beyond his years bwahahaha - i wonder if other babies over-eagerness annoyed the shit out of him LOL
hee. i take that's a compliment ♥
Jesus, i couldn't even find the definition of it. somekind of another redneck Fashion Faux Pas, perhaps?
but Abate and Alberto both getting rid of their pretty locks? Something is up! I don't wanna say it out loud but for some reasons I think DD might be behind all this...
ROFFLES I like to think they do, yes. I actually went back and watched the celebrations at Toulon to see how he acted, and he was obviously happy and did some of the singing and stuff, but with nothing like the sustained dorkiness exhibited by the rest of them -- it was more like he was just trying to do what he figured he was supposed to in that situation than anything else. <3333333333
Heee. I do like the idea of Italian rednecks, I think you're onto something there. *g*
Nooooooooooo! *cringes a lot* No one with that on top of his head should be allowed to have clippers anywhere near anyone else!
My God. Abate whai you're so cocky, grumpy and fierce like this! &hearts let's just hope the baby won't follow WC heroes and crashed out like Italy today. Ouch.
<33333333 He's such a grown-up, albeit a grown-up who has accidentally confessed that us usually spends hours in front of the mirror.
God, how awful are they?! So embarrassing. If this was happening to the babies, it would be killing me, but as it is I'm mostly just looking forward to this out of control reaction from the press tomorrow. *eyeroll* (Oh, is Pepe on? Pepe!)
hee. given how serious he is, i'm not surprised if he spends hours in front of the mirror working his hair ala Zanetti XD now I wonder how long PDC can hang on to his mullet given immense peer pressure like this LOL
even though pier might fail as a tactician, at least he called up good set of players. Lippi's case is almost undefendable. He hangs on too dearly with his 2006 squad but now it's time for a change. I, for one, think this might benefit Italy in the long run now that there's a convenient excuse to get rid of all the deadwoods (but Tapir is also awful today too *sigh*)
Whereas the Brazilian side is packed with new blood -- there's something to be said for failing miserably at a major tournament or in qualifying, huh? Brazil seem to have totally refreshed their team over the past, like, year, while Italy just brought back Lippi. It'll be fascinating to see who he calls up for the next round of qualifiers, if anything changes. (How does that happen? I mean, we know he can take the pressure -- he was one of the few Italians who showed up for the Euros -- but he's really struggling in this tournament, at least when I've been paying attention. I wonder what's going on.)
I'm afraid it's already too late to integrate new blood to this squad but late is better than never anyway. Though I don't think we can defend the title next year, at least PLEASE go out in style. (Fanboys believed game reading is not Tapir's strongest suit, especially in this game when Brazilians attacked in 100 different directions like this. He got confused and made bad decisions. I think it's a reasonable explanation because sometimes his athleticism & ferociousness alone carried him through. *sigh* i hope canna could teach him a thing or two on that before WC 2010...IF WE QUALIFY *fumes*)
Do you think Motta will get to go, at least? I would want Mimmo and Sasa, but those two seem much less likely, because there's no way Lippi's dropping many people from this group, even when they repeatedly BLOW.
(Ahhhh, ok. That does make sense. And he is quite young still, really, especially for a central defender. Do you/the fanboys think he's got the capacity to learn that skill? He seems pretty intelligent, but I guess that doesn't necessarily translate to football smarts.)

DD's taste of hairstylin' is definitely head scratching but i guess his charm and sluttiness can compensate their misstep :P
