ROME, January 30 - On January 31, the Italian Association for Cancer Research (Associazione Italiana per la Ricerca sul Cancro ) will renew the Oranges for Health campaign for 2009, in which Del Piero and other celebrities will promote good nutrition for cancer prevention.
This year, AIRC has chosen the Arancia Rossa di Sicilia (red orange of Sicily) to symbolize plant-based foods rich in cancer-fighting substances that may impede the onset of disease without any adverse side effects. Three kilos of Sicilian red oranges, donated by the region of Sicily, have now been made available for only 8 euros to encourage the consumption of the anti-cancer oranges, which are known to be rich in anthocyanins and vitamin C. | via
Tuttosport a.k.a. Elf-ling's bible Rino gives oranges two thumbs up! Wait, actually, just one thumb up.
Why yes, apart from being a good source of Vitamin C and cancer-combatants, oranges are also good for playing ping-pong. Take it from Javi!
And from one deity to another divinity, here's Paolo out getting his party on:

^The chick in black standing next to the blue Where's Waldo-looking dude is Matri's gf, Costanza Caracciolo. And yes, she is a showgirl on Striscia La Notizia. I know, ground-breaking.

I like Adriana's apple pendant. It's very Macintosh-inspired.
And the snakey pendant, too! Very Adam and Eve.
