Ok so sometime during the week, the Romans took time to watch Roger Federer at the Foro Italico in Rome.
Ferrari and Max Tonetto went together.

Meanwhile, on Saturday, DDR, Panucci, Cassetti and Pizarro hosted an Adidas event.
Nothing to write home about: I saw a video of them [lamely] playing Calcio Tennis, which by the way, is tennis using your legs and a soccer ball. :\

It was the last home game @ the Olimpico, so the tifo showed up in full force.
I got chills [and LOL'd eternally] whenever the Megatron showed the score at San Siro. When Siena equalised, the Romanisti went ape-shit with joy.
They were loud, the tifo. You'd have needed new eardrums afterwards.
Juan was still unavailable, so Mexes was our only legit CB on there.
He went off at 2H. I hope it's not serious, we need him next week vs Catania!
When Mexes went off, Cassetti moved to the center [he's a right-back].
Yeah, that's right, we played most of 2H WITHOUT any real CB's.
What we lack in central defense we make up for in the right flanks. Cici took care of that area and was badass at it.
I love that he's a regular starter now. *_*
Mirko started and tore up the wings. He was supposed to be the lone striker, but was mostly hanging out at the left.
I think we were playing the Strikerless Formation again yesterday, with Perrotta just making forward runs whenever they needed a striker.

Mirko had a brilliant scoring opportunity in the opening minutes, but headed the ball just inches of the post! I was tearing my hair out.
Goddamn, if another CB-GK collision happens, I will shoot someone. Boys, is it so damn hard to communicate with each other? This has happened at least five times this season.

So I know I've been bitching about him not taking spot-kicks, but here he is pre-FK, putting on his bitchface ♥

So the match ended 2-1. Yeah we let ONE in, but like I said-- NO REAL CB's for most of the second half! Also, the boys may've slacked off a bit, hee.
But anyway, there was post-match strippage
Also, this being the last home game, the Romans took a lap around the Olimpico track with their bbz as they thanked the tifo for an amazing season.

So, drama of all dramas-- the scudetto will be decided NEXT WEEK on the VERY LAST day.
Not that we should count on it, but Roma can still win this, provided Parma draw Inter, and Roma beat Catania. In the event Parma loses to Inter, the Scudetto is theirs. Don't disregard, however, that Parma will fight tooth and nail in order to stay in Serie A. [Plus, there's that whole vindication angle with the Parma coach, who got sacked before because Parma lost to Inter under his reign, so there's extra motivation there.] But then again, Roma are also playing Catania, who are likewise fighting relegation, just like Parma.
Needless to say, IT WILL BE THE MOST DRAMATIC SCUDETTO EVER-- Scudetto contenders versus teams avoiding relegation. It's a DO or DIE situation, people.
