I never said that I was judging your mind at all. More like your actions, just because you think something is wrong it doesn't mean that everyone else will think that way.

And considering that you're likely to hurt someone and upset someone because of your wants, I think it's only fair to let this serve as a reminder.

My, my, you really find me a threat, Mr. Kamui? Now what could possibly make you come to such a reckless conclusion such as that?

Perhaps it is the fact that you know Mr. Alphonse still holds me as a protective figure in his life even when you two are becoming an item. Yes, I know about the two of you and think it is rather beautiful.

I can tell that there's something odd about you, I know that you're not human.

I have nothing against Al liking you, i've even told him that myself. Just because I don't like you i'm not going to intervene in anything unless it is for his welfare.

I know that you like him and that you want him. You're not going to scare me off by saying that you have some sort of influence over him.

As for Mr. Alphonse; he does not 'like' me, I know this myself. I am merely a guardian figurative tool to him, nothing more and nothing less. I gave him the opportunity to see the light of his options, but he did not care to take them into his grasp.

So now, I am not one to say such things, but it would appear that this time the saying nice guys finish last did not come true.

He does like you, he wouldn't be around you if he didn't. He just doesn't 'love' you or want a relationship with you that way. You make it sound like he's made the wrong choice for following his heart instead of crawling and bending to your wishes.

That hardly applies. I'm not a nice guy and i've never pretended to be, especially not to Al.

Likes me, sometimes I find that hard to believe anymore, Mr. Kamui. Sometimes the heart is a feign fickle thing and gets confused in webs of lies and confusion, just like the mind. Who knows with Mr. Alphonse, that is one of the reasons I find him a rather fascinating individual.

Mr. Alphonse finds you a 'nice' guy and so I suppose you must not be all that bad for him to think that considering the personality the boy has.

Believe what you want. I think that I know Al a little better than you do.

Or maybe he just sees past it all because i've changed, because i'm truly sorry for what i've done. I doubt the same could be said for you.

Is that so? Well, only time will tell that, Mr. Kamui. Someday you will get into a fight with each other and then he will turn to me and understand that someone of my caliber cannot break a promise to protect them.

Sorry? What do I have to be sorry for? I've done nothing wrong to Mr. Alphonse and I have actually suited my life to helping others.

I've known him for over a year, a fight isn't going to happen. And if it does things won't remain broken between us, we'll patch things up and be back together close than before. You're not going to mess things up for us.

I must of heard that story a hundred times over, Mr. Kamui. Sometimes it works out that way, unfortunately, sometimes it doesn't. Like I said, only time will tell.

But you did say I doubt the same could be said for you, so I was merely stating that I didn't have anything to be sorry about. Should think before you speak, Mr. Kamui. It's improper to say things you don't mean to say.

My, my, Mr. Alphonse would not like to hear such talk like that from his alleged lover now would he? You know how he feels about such things as death as much as I do.
