I had an idea on the way home tonight.
If you took a picture of a person, beginning when they were born, once a year on the same day for every year of their lives, in the same place and in the same position, at the end of their life or close to it, you could make a time-lapse movie showing them aging. You could capture their entire life span.
It would be a cool tradition, that the people involved would have to show up for--journey to, even, as they got older and possibly moved away--to keep the project going. I know my family would honor it, if we had it.
I think that sounds like a cool project.
The next person I know who has a baby, I'm going to suggest it.
