Random Facts
So here's a random lists of facts from the last 24 hours:
1. I have done 3 loads of laundry, and hated every second of it.
2. I have read an entire book cover to cover. Dead To The World by Charlaine Harris was absolutely priceless, although it may have made me start to think I could be a Sookie/Eric shipper. That Eric is sexy. Oh, and when I read him in the books now, I read him with Alex Skarsgard's accent. Is that weird? I don't think so. I think it's hottness.
3. I went with my Mom to her eye doctor's appointment so I could drive her home. Whilst sitting in the waiting room I was listening to The Velvet Underground and reading Of Human Bondage by W. Somerset Maugham. Something tells me that there is something way off about that combination, but it worked for me.
4. I have come to realize that I love The Velvet Underground, although I'm not sure I would call that punk. Perhaps I have just started off with the wrong album? The guy that is singing (I think it's a guy) sort of gives me the creeps, but I can't stop listening "I'll Be Your Mirror". I'm officially in love. ***side note*** the quote in my icon just happens to come from that song. The icon is made by the lovely boundary. 5. Both Casablanca and Notorious were on last night. Do you have any idea how ticked off I was that those movies were on while I was all into my book? Seriously, real funny to whatever Gods might be out there.
6. I had was having a dream last night, and I can't remember what it was about. All I know is that Eric Northman showed up in tiny red underwear, and now that's all I can remember. I can't tell if that's funny or tragic.
7. I went out for lunch with Mom, and for once, I didn't get chicken fingers.
8. I am seriously looking forward to Septemberfest this weekend. I'm a geek for fireworks.
9. The Cubs lost to the White Sox today, and Theriot got slammed into by AJ. Not cool, South Side. Not cool at all. If you have to hurt someone, can't it be someone useless, like Aaron Miles or just about any of our relief pitchers? *sigh*
10. I am 7 chapters in to my next fanfic, so it won't be long before I start posting again, for all of you who are anxiously awaiting my return over at leyton_is_love. I'll see you soon, dearies ♥

12. I am seriously tired right now, and I totally need to take a nap, but it's too late for that. Guess I'll be going to bed early.
13. I miss talking to forgottenaffair. *sings* Where oh where has my Heather gone? Oh where, oh where can she be?
14. I haven't talked to my bff in almost two weeks. I kind of miss her, but not as much as I normally do. I think I might be in a funk.
15. I can now say that I know someone who lives in Ireland. Sounds lame to others, but it makes me happy. I swear, I'm going to live there for a year at some point in my life. It is a huge goal of mine. It'll happen, mark my words.
