I PASSED LEVEL 12!!!!!
oh my god.
so obviously, none of you quite understand what this means. it means i passed the highest level of piano there is, without majoring/minoring in it. i passed college level tests with honors. yes. THATS RIGHT bitches, honors. i got honors in written theory and aural theory and i got an achievement on my audition (honestly i didnt deserve anything more than achievement, even though it would have been spectacular if i got honors iin that... but im not complaining). Noone has taken the level 12 exam in forever... ive never seen it happen in all my years of doing it (and ive done it a long time).... im the first one in years to do it... let alone pass it.
i am thrilled.
its just one of those things, you never expect it to happen. you dream of it for year and years. its that formidable level. the 12th level. the last level in piano. the highest of the highest. to me, not necessarily the hardest, but our tastes differ.
im so loving life right now.... :-D yayyyyyyy
