I think she was trying to incorporate it into one's spiritual practice, but she just didn't get to the point soon enough for my tastes. I have it a quarter of the book to hook me, and then I had to just move on. If you're interested in the astrological or astronomical symbology, it might be worth looking into. Perhaps you'd like it more.
