[From mid-morning to noon, Okita is at the fountain in town, watching all the crazy people wandering around and launching little sailboats across the water. Occasionally his pig will pop his head up, crush one of the boats, and drag it under the water again. Looks like someone is playing pretend at being a sea monster. Come say hello?Hahaha. I'

[She remarked as she walked by. She's still a little scared of Souji, yes, but she can try to fix bridges]

[Well, there's a voice he hasn't heard in awhile. Souji glances up and then turns his head to watch after Haruhi as she passes by, smiling.]

You should see him when he has a bigger pool.

I didn't actually know pigs swim. Huh.

[She stops here, mostly to admire the pig sinking a new ship]

[Saizou rises up out of the water, snorting as he crushes and drags another one beneath the 'waves.' Okita just laughs and prepares another, picking the wreckage out of the fountain.]

Saizou is learning fairly well. He's very smart.

Seems like. He's a natural. [And actually, seeing the pig learning is mildly fascinating]

Hear that Saizou? You're a natural~

[Saizou comes back up, poking his head out of the water to snort.]

I think that's his way of saying thank you.

Oh well uh... you're welcome, piggy.

[Yeah she'll take up a seat now]

[ahappylie]

[And back under the water he goes. Okita laughs and picks up a small boat, sitting on the edge of the fountain to send it out for him.]

How have you been, Haruhi-san? It's been awhile since we last talked, hasn't it?

Ah... yeah. Yeah, it's been a while now.

[Gulp. She shifts a bit, but she's got this!]

[ahappylie]

[Why did she shift away? That movement catches Okita's eye and he watches her for a moment before Saizou grabs his attention by biting the boat and trying to drag it away.]

Have you been well?

Ye-yeah, I've been great!

[ahappylie]

[That stutter is weird, too. Hm. He smiles and reaches out, taking hold of the boat so Saizou can't drag it too far.]

Has anything happened lately? Anything fun?

Well there was tat Equinox thing I had Mikage work out, but mostly I'm consolidating for something more impressive.

More impressive than that festival?
