Not bad. Wrong color for this 'out of the grave' look I've developed, but on the whole I give you a 9 out of 10, Animus.

[Katara looks amused. She's never really encountered dress like this before, and, really? It's kind of fascinating. She grins at the feed.]

Much! [He grins and makes a twirly motion with his finger] Come on, let's see what you've got on!

[She grins and seems pleased, setting the PCD up and backing away a bit before spinning in a circle. It's a ridiculous green and white dress, poofed and ruffled. Her hair is laying over her shoulder, half-braided; apparently she's been experimenting with styles. Sheepishly, she picks up the comm device again.]

Do women somewhere actually wear clothing like this? It seems like it'd - well, get in the way.

[Although he's learned to appreciate a variety of customary fashions, he never pictured Katara in anything from his homeland. He applauds her and grins] You look fantastic!

Yeah, they do get in the way a bit. But women where I come from mainly stay at home; they don't need to run around or climb trees.

[She laughs, shaking her head slightly.]

Honestly, I feel a little bit silly. [She never really had time to play dress up as a kid.] And it's more than just climbing trees, you know. It's kind of hard to move my arms in this. It makes bending really difficult.

Oh, I know. [He really does.] One night, a few of my mates and I got on the whole get up to see how you womenfolk do it. Know what I learned?

[he motions] The seam under your arm--tear that and re-stitch it. You can move!

[She wiggles her arms a little bit, glancing down to her shoulder contemplatively.] Wonderful.

And I've got a question. The world you come from, does it celebrate Christmas?
