I'm glad for the link proving the untruth of the statement. I listened to that exchange, and the first thing that popped into my head when he said that is "He's lying or fudging." Not that that isn't the first thing that pops into my head whenever DR opens his wormy lips.

The best part of this is that the questioner sounds like some salt of the earth kid from the Great Plains and Donald Rumsfeld comes off like some East Coast elitist.

The Rumsfeld Defense Dept. just lost some serious cred with the heartland. If they didn't like the Whiz Kids, then these guys will really rub them the wrong way.
