I highly doubt 3 lbs gain will kill you. And you know I really hate the whole "must get skinnier than the skinniest super model" kick your on.

you just dont know whats like to look in the mirror everyday and ALWAYS find something that could be smaller, something that wont go away unless you completely restrict for weeks at a time. it makes you feel terrible. dont get me wrong, i havent purged in about 2 months...but im ALWAYs tempted.

Amber-than, this is one of those times I'ma be an ass. Quit speaking like your the only one who feels that way. I'm 230+ w/ a huge ass and gut. I'm dissatisfied with the way I look daily as well. Your just being unhealthy. Your at a GOOD normal weight for a girl. And the fact that you aren't helping yourself, only HURTING yourself is what I don't like about it. God. You people are all the fucking same. Telling me I don't fucking know what it's like for this or that just because I don't choose to bitch to any of you about it.
