November, month of death (figurative, that is)
Well, I've truly gone off the deep end and signed up for NaNoWriMo. I'm there as my same username, so you can friend me if you fell, but I'll probably not update too much. I'm writing the story I talked about previously, so it's already begun, but I'm ignoring those rules. I'm surprised by how easy this fiction is to write, much easier than any non-fiction work I've done in the past. My word count is at 1200 words, so I'm quite pleased with myself.
Now, writing wouldn't be a problem if I had a free November, but I'm starting tech week for a very intense musical tomorrow, so most of my time will be taken up with quick changes and trying to catch up on sleep. Additionally, I have the rough draft for a very important term paper due just before Thankgiving, and I've barely started. It's about how Third Wave feminism has changed from the Second Wave and I love it, but I'm still worried. However, how easy writing has been for me lately is giving me some hope, so I hope I will in fact be able to finish it in time. Sorry if this doesn't make any sense, I'm getting a little "written out".
