apparently i just missed you back in late june, early july. don't know if i'd characterize my return as triumphant... unnecessarily self-destructive might be more appropriate.

i did just miss you... i think i got home just a few days after you departed. oh well... my friend aaron just moved to chicago a month ago and i'll be coming up to stay with him sometime in the next few months... mind if i give you a ring-a-ling when i'm in chi-town?

i insist upon it. i dont get too many visitors up here. just let me know whenever, wherever, and i'll surely tag along. if and when you do visit, i hope you can stay for more than just a weekend of sordid libations. i'd love to spend some time with you.
