Thor Odinson
Thought of by most of Earth as the Norse god of thunder, Jane met Thor when he came to Earth after being cast out by his father. She took him in, realizing that the things he took as a matter of course - the Bifrost, the World's Tree - could help her in her work. She fell in love with him, too, and though she wasn't heartbroken to the point of uselessness after he shattered the Bifrost and ensured he couldn't return to her until the bridge was fixed, he was a good part of her motivation for the work she's been doing for SHIELD.
Their reunion here in Singularity was an explosion of adorable.
Clint Barton/Hawkeye
Clint Barton/Hawkeye is a member of the Avengers and thus one of Thor's work buddies. Jane isn't sure what she thinks of him yet, but it is known that he made a good call in not introducing himself straight off as a SHIELD agent.
Natasha Romanova/Black Widow
Natasha Romanova/Black Widow is a member of the Avengers. Jane isn't getting the friendliest vibe from her, but they don't know each other very well yet.
Tony Stark/Iron Man
Jane only knows Tony from the fact that the STARK INDUSTRIES logo is slapped all over stuff she's used in her lab and the times she's caught him on TV. They've been talking science at each other though, so they're off to a good start. Besides, anyone who's buddies with Thor is probably a good person.
Katia Managan
Jane and Katia don't know each other very well yet. Jane is also really bad at explaining astrophysics to catlike types.
Jin Tian
Jin and Jane (hahaha their names match a little) seem to have bonded already over science. This bodes very well.
Bruce Banner/Hulk
Dr. Banner knew and worked with Jane's friend Erik Selvig at Culver University, and knew her father. They don't know each other on sight, but hopefully that'll change now!
Steve Rogers/Captain America
Steve and Jane don't know each other, but Steve is one of the Avengers and so Jane will probably get to know him very well.
