this post could not be any gayer if it tried.

“Leighton and Katie [Cassidy] and me spent every scene together,” Selena explained. “We’d have dinner together and we would talk and we’d go out and it was always us three girls. There were romantic aspects for each of our characters and we had a lot of guys that were on the set, and at our hotel, but we never hung out with them. [Laughs]. We just ( Read more... )

I love Selena and this quote too. Dinner? Romantic? Always the three of us? A lot of guys on set, but never hung out with them? All I could say is Selena, you really made the relationship with Leighton and Katie sound as gay as possible. I even saw the set pics and were laughing at the ones with the guys. The person who played Selena's love interest was in the background with the crew while Selena was with Leighton and Katie. I imagine that guy was looking on and saying:

Prince charming - Do they even know I'm here?

Crew guy - I heard this is how the Gossip Girl set is like, so don't take it personally.

BTW who are those two guys on your "agents of badassery" icon.

I love this quote so much, because Selena really did make their friendship sound as gay as she possibly could. If the pictures from the set didn't confirm how close the girls were and how they excluded the guys for the most part, this quote sure does.

The guys in my icon are Sam and Dean Winchester form 'Supernatural'. Have you seen that show? If not, you HAVE to check it out. It's one of my favorite tv shows. Katie Cassidy was actually in during it's third season.

Oh that's Sam and Dean? I couldn't make out their faces from that far. I don't routinely watch that series, but I did check out Katie's episodes. She was awesome in it and I especially love the part when she beat up both the Winchester bros.

BTW I told someone on my f-list named onlyjustwhisper about some fic ideas I had. I thought to share with you too because it stars several people I know you like. There's one called "Countdown to Madness" which has Blair and Serena along with two more people venture and becomes characters in the universe of DC comics complete with superpowers ( ... )

I loved loved Katie in Supernatural. I was mad when they replaced her for a different actress, the biggest mistake that show ever made. :) But I love SPN though, it's so good. One of my all time favorite shows.

Countdown to Madness sounds so awesome! I would love to hear more about that. And the second one sounds really cool! I would love to read that one. I love the idea of Ella and Amber Heard as girlfriends. That's awesome. And that it's inspired by Sucker Punch, sounds really awesome. I would love to more details about those. :D

I was mad when they replaced her for a different actress, the biggest mistake that show ever made.

I believe she didn't return because she landed the lead role on CW's other series Melrose Place. Looking at that perspective, I don't mind too much. Also heard they changed the Ruby character quite a lot (for the worse) for the new actress.

For Countdown to Madness, here's more details regarding the story. Gossip Girl is among many other shows that exist in a special AU I'm setting up. In a earlier story, portals were created through a cosmic event. In Countdown to Madness, the two girls along with two other characters travel through one of the portals and end up in none other than the fictional universe of DC comics. However turns out they're in a period terrible stories are happening.

It was the stories Countdown to Final Crisis and Amazons Attack that inspired this. If you're curious about those two stories, a guy named Linkara reviewed both stories. Amazons Attacks reviews are around March of 2009 while Countdown's is around ( ... )

For the other story, which is still untitled, originally it was inspired when that other user named Anna showed me pictures of Vanessa Hudgens from Sucker Punch. I later joked about High School Musical characters breaking out in song while fighting. Then said that if it was a slasher movie, it would look like a Scooby Doo chase scene. A story idea would spark from that conversation ( ... )

Now for some of the actual story. All the soon to be hero characters start off pretty much by themselves in the universe. They meet the normal folks from the horror films, however another problem ensues. If you ever saw a slasher or horror film in similar manner, you'll know that normal folks in those movies are next to useless because they're complete morons who are designed to be killed off. You know a world is in serious trouble when Disney stars have to be the action heroes of this universe. For example, in his first encounter HSM Zac Efron by himself had to be a hero by pulling off a chase scene in Scooby Doo fashion and give the monsters their facing the slip ( ... )
