I love food

Dinner tonight is a spring mix salad with a raspberry and walnut Vinaigrette, fresh raspberries, and other goodies; garlic and olive oil couscous; peach tea; and a super-simple vegetable soup that is now more like soup-flavored noodles with vegetables because I got a little overzealous when adding the noodles and thus put in too many.

And, as usual, I made way too much. But at least I'll have leftovers.

I wish I had the energy cook more often.
