I was wondering if you might know where I can get Avatar: The Last Airbender mood themes... I have been looking all over but I cannot seem to find any.

I know some time ago someone posted one, I cant remember who. But check on the comunity tags. Or make a post asking about it. :)

I know this may sound a little bit dense but I am new, so anyway, where and how do I post a thread asking for the mood theme?

you go to the menu bar on top of the page.
on the menu select: Post an entry -> on the text box you write your request -> then click on post to and select avatar_fans. And then click on Done

If you have the user bar it will be more easy go to the avatar_fans page ->click on post an entry to this comunitty >> then write what you want to post and voila!
