For day two, I bring you some great tributes to this character from other people!

Daenerys's Journey by visionsbeyond: This is a gorgeous video with a really interesting style that does a good job capturing Dany's GoT arc that I love so much.
Dany's Trial by polly1esther. This treats Dany's arc in GoT as a series of trials, which I think is a cool concept.
All Along the Watchtower by knightbusdriver. This one is actually just a general GoT video -- though with a lot of Dany -- but its set to the Bear McCreary version of "All Along the Watchtower," so I figure my fellow BSG fans will get a kick out of it. Though even if you're not a BSG person, you should check it out: It's also just a really good video, one of my favorite general GoT vids I've seen.
Art
Images of Dany NOT based on the show. Because while Emilia Clarke is incredible -- seriously, she is everything I could ever want in a Dany, and I hope one day she gets that Emmy nomination -- this is not just about Dany in the show. So, some other visions of her I enjoy.
Daenerys Targaryen portrait by Michael-C-Hayes. I love the strength in this one, and the dragon.
Daenerys Targaryen portrait by Demonychalie. This art is just gorgeous. Very romantic and kind of mythical.
Dragonthrone by ReneAigner. Dany with a grown dragon. I love the use of light, the blue/grey color scheme, and the image of the dragon.
Daenerys Targaryen by arkoniel Dany with a more Asian look, which is a cool idea. One of ASOIAF's major shortcomings is the lack of CoC as major viewpoint characters, but there's really no reason that the Targs -- who are not native to Westeros -- need to look European.
Daenerys Targaryen by MrsBrushwood. A more artsy portrait of Dany in her lion-skin. I really love the style!
