Furious RAGE!!!!!! It's official I am totally not likeing a majority of customers in the ft.wortless market... I had a customer use every version of the work F**K at least twice in a call. Then I explained to them that honestly i was unable to assist them as I was not in the billing department and would have to transfer them.... More Expletives... Woo-Hoo!
