two things so far today....

1. I hate it when horrible people try to ruin my day... IE people sending me e-mails when they have no reason to contact me outherwise... (BTW if you allready know something then find it out for you self..)

and

2. when a customer calls in when you just took a bite outta a donut and have to answer the phone...
