I am about to make some Gyosas for a work potluck.
I have never made any on my own and I am thinking about following
this recipe. I am unsure if I should cook the pork before putting it in the mixture or not? What do you think? I am thinking raw would be okay, but I do not wish to poison any of my co-workers.
Does anybody have tried this recipe or have a good one of their own?
