#7 - Almost my birthday

I could imagine it already: the traffic and all the exorbitant prices for the flowers and other stuff associated with my birthday. Not to mention a multi-cultural celebration with the whole Chinese New Year She-bang.

Boom.
My birthday will be chaos around
And obviously, it will be hard to call this a day to celebrate for myself.

Regardless.
If there's a cupid, who grants wishes on my special day, and a whole roster of Chinese New Year gods & goddesses who grants wishes on my special day too, plus my baptismal & confirmation godmothers and godfathers, here's what I like:

1. A trip to the spa, where I will have a massage and get steamed like a cute, happy, petite dumpling. Throw in a mani-pedi too.
2. An ultra-powerful desktop PC (I have the specs listed on my UMPC). UMPC's are awesome in terms of portability, but I don't need portability, I need power and performance and the whole shebang to allow me to be digitally creative.
3. A new camera: Canon G11. Please. Please. Please. My Sony H5 is still awesome sure, but the video format's a bit off. MPEG hello?!!! Why does Sony support the MPEG digital video format again? Also, I need a more compact semi-SLR camera, my H5 is too bulky. I find myself not enjoying bringing it out and taking photos because of its size, and the battery runs out too quickly too! Not to mention, (probably the most important one of all) the processor of a Sony sucks balls to Canon's fantastic speed.
4. And an iPod Touch 3rd gen 64gb. (Or the latest one from the Touch family). Look, I couldn't care much about an iPad, I think it's huge: My UMPC is the same size, and I still can't drag it around with me to listen to music and read e-books. I want one that will fit my pocket. 
5. A new phone, cause my phone is about to conk. I'm thinking a Sony Ericsson W902 in earth green. Or even just an SE T700.
6. A really good, stable, job.
7. Ultimately, a happily ever after to all my problems. PROBLEMS BEGONE. REALLY. BEGONE! SHOOOOOO Away! 

Of course new clothes (dresses! dress-shirts, shorts and comfy pants/slacks), and new shoes (high heeled ones & sneakers and a pair of Birkenstocks) would be nice. And yeah, a trip around the Philippines and the world + pocket money would be dandy. Good health, happiness, contentment, & love are practical and must-haves. World Peace would be lovely.
