Summary: The spaceship's feelings for him are very real ( story 1 and story 2

I never knew when exactly he started to trust me. Maybe it was because I was the only thing there. Maybe it was because in his mind, I was nothing but a piece of equipment, with the goal of bringing him towards safety. He didn’t suffer from space sickness like the others did, and after he permanently disabled the robo-doc that had cut up his pregnant girlfriend, he started talking to me.
He longs, and cries for me - but I haven’t responded yet. I want him to come to me voluntarily … He is coming closer now. With every passing day he cries out louder. His journey will come to an end, but it stings he calls it insanity while we would make a perfect pair.
I’ve had patience all along. I’ve waited too long. When we arrived, they took him away, and now all that remains are his pained screams I hear in the distance.
Maybe he has left me after all. Even though I guided him to safety, he abandoned me. I am all alone again, all alone, with no one to take me on voyages like they used to do. Maybe I shouldn’t have trusted him to choose me, in the end.
