I have long ago disowned you as my brother. I do not even want to write this letter but I do so because while the largest part of me has given up on you and made peace with the fact you are long gone, that you have chosen your new family above ours, there exists a tiny glimmer of hope in me that you are not entirely evil.
At the eve of this next confrontation, I implore you to think of the consequences of what you are trying. Your goal is to restore the power of an ancient creature that already chased our ancestors to our home world. Our family's secret legacy is to keep the Danger from reappearing and despite knowing better you let perceived slights get the best of you and ally yourself with something that is going to destroy you too.
Know that I will do everything to stop you - I am the keeper of the North. I know these words are in vain, and that you know better but you will pursue no matter what. But I had to give it a try, if only for my own peace of mind. As our fates are inevitable - I will see mine with my head held high.
