I hate lotions. I really do. I have horribly dry winter skin, so I try the lotions I already have, none help. I go to the store to get a new lotion, and I (of course) get the lotion that is like grease, which you can't put on just at time you feel like it. I want a fabulous (preferable fragrance free) lotion that actually absorbs into my skin upon application and helps my poor, itchy, and it's-so-dry-it-hurts skin. Is that too much to ask for? When I go home on Thursday I'm buy the really expensive Oil of Olay stuff I liked (I always attempt to try the lotion before I buy it - bad of me, I know). So in the last monthish, I will have spent about $30 on lotions. blah.
In other news, I'm heading to Maryland for Spring Break! WOOT! WOOT! I know, it's not Florida, but hey, a girl can still have loads of fun in Maryland. I just hope the homework situation is at a low.
I almost read a whole book in a day. On Thursday I started and almost finished Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets in one day. And yesterday, I started and also almost finished this other book (The Novice by Trudi Canavan - it's a part of a trilogy and really good). Now if I could only read my textbooks that easily/much, all would be wonderful in my little world.
I'm on day 33, it'll be 5 weeks on Tuesday. It's going wonderful. My sense of smell is still really (really) sensitive, and most things still make me cough, but the coughing could be allergy related. I'm half way through the patch program, so in 5 more weeks I'll be off it completely. I went all day Wednesday last week and the one before without a patch. I'm going to keep some step 3s (7mg) around after my 10 weeks are up, just for maintenance.
