Kim's in a Starbucks. She's sitting at one of the small tables and a dark haired woman sits across from her. She has no idea who this woman is, but there's something about her that's very famililar.

The woman offers her a piece of cookie, Kim takes it and they make small talk for a few moments.

"I need you to do something for me," the woman says.

Kim nods.

"I want him killed," there's a cold anger to the woman's voice as she hands over the photo.

"Yes, the world would be a better place if he was gone." Kim finds herself agreeing and looks at the faded photograph from an old ID.

"So, you'll do it?"

"Yes, I'm the only one who can."

"He killed my dad." The dark haired woman begins to cry.

Kim takes another sip of latte and smiles at the woman. "Don't worry, Caiti, he'll pay for his crime."

"Thank you, Kim." Caiti touches her hand.

Kim stands and opens the door of the Starbucks which becomes the entrance to her dad's old office at CTU. She looks down and there's a gun in her hand, she feels its weight and the cool metal against her fingers.

The man Caiti wanted her to kill sits at his desk and he looks at her and then the gun.

"You know why i'm here," she says.

"Yes," and there's a resigned grief in his eyes.

"I'm not letting you hurt any more people."

He stands and kneels in front of her.

"I'd fight anyone else," he whispers, looking up at her.

She nods, raises the gun to her dad's forehead and pulls the trigger.

Kim's scream wakes her up and she groans as the daylight hits her eyes. But that is forgotten as she runs to the bathroom, barely making it time before the alcohol and the dream conspire to make her lose most of what she ate yesterday.

She leans back against the tub, her head throbbing and feeling ill for reasons that have little to do with the drinking she did the night before.

But oh God does she feel sick.

She'll be like this most of today but will probably still take visitors.
