Not that I tend to get busy or anything.
Last week I spent most of my time prepping a presentation for the CTO and CEO of my first job. Not that this incurs any stress or anything... not at all. The presentation was Thursday. I had one in the morning and one right before I was supposed to go home. Long story short, presentation was a success. At least from the initial reaction.
Friday was sweet! I met my girlfriend for lunch at Amgen (omg their cafeteria rocks), that night she drove me up to Ventura and we stayed at the Pierpont Inn. Saturday I spent with friends during the day, and then that night I went to the Hollywood Bowl with Steph's folks to see the farewell concert for the conductor who had been there for the last 16 years. The random thing was my Dad knew the conductor when he was head of the choir at Yale, way back in the day. Sunday was nice too. All in all... it was a nice weekend. I wish I could say that every weekend.
