Interesting factoid I read today... in October, the U.S. population will top 300 million individuals, for the first time. The U.S. hit a population of 200 million in 1967 and we are now on the verge of arriving at 300 million. And we're third in the world behind China and India.
Imagine when China and India surpass the United States in industrial power, intellectual power, and international influence. If these items are merely a function of an enabled, educated population, then the dominance of China and India in the future is assured.
