One week

I'm not sure if it feels like time flew by or if this is how things have been or if this feels like something temporary and my life will return to the norm it's been for the past couple years.  Just odd, in some ways it feels like this is how it is, in other ways it feels like this isn't really happening.  ;-)  Puppy Rich is a good puppy, definitely more of a Max puppy than a Vic puppy.  Fortunately, not quite as naughty as Max was, but I may just be more on top of it.  Starlet has finally decided the puppy is a good idea and they've been playing when she takes her breaks from Gari the Cat watch.  Vic mostly likes the puppy, probably averages a daily jerk moment, but better than I hoped.  It is funny, Vic really seems quite happy having Rich here.  Rich means more playing in the house, because if I'm playing with Rich, then Vic gets to play too.  Today, Vic also decided that he HAD to go on our coffee/walk around a shopping center adventure.  Yeah, Vic is NOT good on a leash, at all good, like people have stopped me on numerous occasions to suggest obedience classes for Vic.  I didn't have the good sense to leave the coffee out of the adventure, so it made things quite comical.

Rich has a lot of looks for such a dark faced boy.  There are still times when he really looks like a puppy.


I took him down to the orchard yesterday for the first time, Rich thought it was really cool!


I also managed to get my first group pic where all the dogs were in the position I placed them.  Yeah, terrible picture, but still a milestone!


Rich and Starlet are really cute together


Of course, the boys are also adorable together.
