Do you suppose I have time to purchase a Bujold and have it mailed to you? Hopefully, Rothfuss will have his book available at the Con since he only has one! I'm afraid Bujold will only have her lastest romance/fantasy available, and I wouldn't want one of those.

Is this just too much trouble?

I'm betting the dealers will have plenty of stuff, if Lois herself doesn't, and there's several bookstores in the immediate area. Which book do you want? We're taking off on Sunday, so getting it to me before then would be...problematic, I think.

And it's no trouble at all, I'm happy to do it. :)

    # Young Miles
    # Miles, Mystery, and Mayhem
    # Miles Errant
    # Miles, Mutants and Microbes
    # Miles in Love

I would take any of the Miles books. I would prefer any of the above over Miles in Love--not that I don't appreciate love. I just like the action adventure space stories better. :)

I'm not a collector, so no fancy first editions or anything like that, but I would like a hardcover copy. I would hope to keep the book $25 or less. Preferably less. Thank you!

Should I send you some money by Paypal or how would you like to handle the money?

I just read that George R. R. Martin was going to be there. Post good stuff, and I'll live vicariously through you!

Aren't those all omnibus editions? I'm not sure they're in hardback, but I'll certainly look for them for you. :)

Don't worry about the money just yet--let me make sure I can actually find something first. :)

Who would you like it signed to? Or do you just want it signed?

I do want a hardback--any Miles will do. Just a signature is fine. I think it will be the first autographed book I've ever owned. Make that two if you get Rothfuss to sign a hardback for me, too.
