It's a nitpick, but Tim Rice didn't work on Phantom OR Cats. I believe the only pieces Rice and Lloyd Webber did together are Joseph And The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, JCS, and Evita. The lyrics for the majority of Cats were written by T.S. Eliot, and Charles Hart wrote most of Phantom.
