So I hear that Taylor Kitsch is going to play Gambit in the new Wolverine origins movie.

Whatever happened to the rumors about Josh Holloway taking on the role?
WANT. GUH.
Look, this Gambit thing is a big deal to me, all right? I practically worshipped him in the comics. I have every comic that ever featured him. Sometimes, when I am alone in the dead of night, I watch YouTube clips of the old 90s cartoon, just to hear Chris Potter rumble out Gambit's terrible Cajun accent. I named a cat after that favorite super-hero of my heart, for Christ's sake. (The cat had red eyes and a rakish attitude, in case you were wondering.)
Anyway. I don't think even the lure of Surly Hugh Jackman could entice me to watch a movie where I feel my main man has been turned into a boy, eeeeuuch.
