I usually never ask anything of my friends. Today is the exception.
Today is Veteran's Day. It means a lot to some of us. Some of us served during war, some of us didn't. Many of us lost friends. Some have nightmares that will never go away.
If you believe in America, hug a Vet.
If you see a Vet today, shake his or her hand. Give them a hug. Thank them for what they did and were willing to do to protect you even though they don't know you.
You'd be surprised how much of a difference it makes to them.
