Writing and other things
*facepalm* How could I have forgotten one of the most important events of the weekend???
As of Saturday, BOTH Maggie and Tyler are going to bed in underwear and not pull-ups, and they've woken up dry so far! This is like a $40/month pay raise, y'all. It's way exciting!

I sort-of got in trouble for the other tech not calling tech support on Friday. Not like really bad trouble, but my boss told me next time I should just call. But I didn't call because I wasn't the one using the machine when it happened, and I didn't know what it was doing, other than a really general sense. So when I called tech support this morning (because the other tech never did), I couldn't answer all of their questions, because I didn't know the answer, because I wasn't the one who was there when the problem occurred. Luckily our awesome post-doc copied the error message for me, because the other tech hadn't. I explained it to my boss, and he seemed to understand, but still. If she'd called in the first place, our service engineer would've been here today, and the instrument would be working already. And I wouldn't have sounded like an idiot when I was on the phone with them. I hate it when I'm unprepared and can't answer their questions.

In the writing front, I think I might've finally finsihed my song challenge fic for hg_silverlining. I say "I think" because I got to an ending point, but I'm not totally sure if I like what I wrote or not. It still needs tweaking, I think. I'm going to go and give it a critical look tonight and see what I can do with it.
Plus, I've got a fic that's almost done, and another one that's about half-way done, and another one that's outlined. And those are just the H/G ones. There are two Neville-fics in progress, too.
Authorial ADD...I has it.
However, despite the Authorial ADD, I posted my fic for the Passage of Time challenge at hpgw_otp this evening.
