Playing well with others
I'm not very good about reading all of Suzette Haden Elgin's (
ozarque) posts every day - She posts frequently and in great detail and I don't have enough time... But I feel compelled to share her post today with everyone. It's a topic I constantly struggle with and I'm finding her comments (as someone I deeply respect and admire in the field of communication) and the resulting dialog useful/helpful.
Linguistics; "politeness" protocols online.....
