When I list the pop culture things that shaped the landscape of my life, after Robert Culp and the Hardy Boys comes Blake’s 7. And, in a lot of ways, it was more important than the others. Blake’s 7 introduced me to convention culture, guided me through the exploration of my sexuality, and help me survive through several very dark times. Things that actually changed the course of where I went and who I became. Losing Gareth marks some sort of important moment in my timeline… Like losing a family member or having a your house burn down.
Thank you, Mr. Thomas, for everything. You will be missed.
