Yes, but it's not like that's an easy task. No idea even how to begin, other than looking at infinite items over at Replacements Ltd. Online searching is unhelpful without specialized knowledge (and possibly even with it).

It may take a while, but I was eventually able to find the Wild Wild West set, so never say never. Still, if someone else has done the work for me, I surely want to know before I spend a hundred hours looking!

One time I sent a picture to the people at replacements and they emailed me back within a day and told me the name of the china pattern I had on hand. Why not send them a photo of that china and see what they give you.

I have no expertise in these matters, but the design and shape of the cups greatly resembles a Royal Worcester set in the collection of the Minneapolis Institute of Arts. Unfortunately, the set in the museum has a dark blue background color rather than maroon and biscuit-color. Good hunting!
