THANK, YOU. Thank you thank you THANK YOU. There has been nothing more difficult to work with in my life than my inability to "convince people" of the "legitimacy" of my B1 (possibly B2) status when starting/building relationships. Getting through the "Asexuality isn't real, you just have mental issues," argument is difficult enough, but trying to convince people that sex has nothing to do with romantic desire on top of that? I've experienced it as near impossible. While labeling has it's downside, normalizing the conversation with some sort of tool to open it in the first place is long overdue.
