No, really. I'm *not* in California anymore because I find this sort of thing to be a miracle - And I need miracles to be healthy. Let me be clear, there was no more than a dusting of snow on the ground yesterday - It's been *FALL* until a few days ago... In less 24 hours, we have THIS:

I just never get over what an amazing thing it is that where there was grass and leaves and warmth just a few short weeks ago, there are now mountains of frozen water... It's such a miracle!

That's not to say I'm going out in it just yet... The storm is still on and it's a bit grey and windy out there. A couple more hours and then I shall PLAY!!!

So it's muggy early summer here, and we never see that sort of snow anyway. Amazing.

Oooh, pretty - I'm jealous! They're promising us a bit of snow next week actually, but I bet it doesn't in the end... and it won't be pretty dry snow anyway... *sighs sadly*

It was really something - Unfortunately, now the cold and wind are moving in and things will be pretty miserable for a few days. Still, quite lovely from *inside*. ;-)
