Poltergeist: The Legacy - Long-Awaited, Season 2 is One of MGM's First TV-on-MOD Titles
A little over two months from now marks the 4-year anniversary since the DVD release of the Season 1 set for this series, and after quite a big delay it looks like fans will at last get a chance to own a DVD release of Poltergeist: The Legacy - Season 2! This second season of the program (out of four produced) won't be in your local retail store, however: MGM has recently begun manufacture-on-demand releases that are distributed via Amazon.com (presumably using the seller's "CreateSpace" MOD program), and this is one of the studio's first two TV releases in that field. I'm not sure how I feel about this release format... And the price is a bit high. But hey, I'll take what I can get at this point.
