Christmukkwanzakuh Eve Post
So. Merry Christmukkwanzakuh to all those of you out there in the multiverse! One bids you a fine holiday with much of delicious foodstuffs and hawt leather-clad love slaves!
We had a nice relaxed day today; we sat about, finished making presents, drank eggnog (which would have been much better with a little strawberry daquiri, but since the conservatives were the ones providing it, we decided to honour their wishes and not suggest that), and eksetra. Oh, yeah, and I got to meet Tracy, who is this l33t person who used to live with the cousins. She actually reminds me of Jody.... XD
So, anyway, I've opened the first half of my presents (the ones from the cousins who live upstairs), and have gotten the following:
+ An address book (which will come in very handy).
+ An awesome, AWESOME wooden plaque which says 'Beyond This Place, There Be Dragons'. =D =D Totally going on the door of our room.
+ A shirt which says 'I wandered off from the tour....' ^____________^;
+ One of those adorable tiny curled-up cats (not alive) with the ridiculously soft fur, which has the exact same colouring as the relatives' cat Mewsic (who has glommed on to me and now sleeps in my lap).
+ A dictionary from my grandma (which I actually needed).
+ A brightly coloured, aggressively cheerful, hugely awesome tie-dyed T-shirt with a giant peace sign, which says "GROOVY". :DDDDDDDDD
Oh, and, yeah:
Uncle Richard and Aunt Martha GAVE US A COMPUTER.
A BLOODY FRELLING SONOFASPOONHEAD COMPLETELY GORGEOUS COMPUTER.
Now all we have to do is plug it in (cause we have all the other hardware and are wired for DSL), and we will have 'NET ACCESS.
THEY. GAVE. US. A. SODDING. BRAND. NEW. COMPUTER.
THAT IS ALL.
