Yeah, so pretty much another boring day, right? Got up, hung around for awhile, played some WoW (hit level 55, woot!), went to work, house burned down, ate some den.....wha? Oh, yeah. You hadn't heard? Yeah, my house totally burned down yesterday. Well, not the WHOLE house, just kinda like, the bottom part of it. I mean, most of my stuff is alright, only had a couple nice things downstairs, a television, a playstation 2, a DVD player, nothing huge. Cats are alright, nobody hurt. Have to talk to all my teachers since finals are first thing next week and I don't have a place to live though. That's a little rough I guess. Kinda funny though, I'm actually homeless right now. Anyhoo, we all have to talk to the land lady and the red cross today too, about finding out what kind of actions the land lady is planning on taking. She could be really mean, because the BBQ was ours and decide to make the poor college students pay for it, or she could be really nice because she's apparently already rich as all hell and just take care of it. I guess we'll see. I'll make sure and keep everyone updated though. Oh, I'm sure you're all interested in knowing exactly how it happened too. Basically, Bryan got off work and came home with an appetite, so he fired up the grill on our back porch. Shortly after lighting it, flames starting shooting out from underneath the knob on the propane tank causing Bryan to flee upstairs and call the fire department, "Ummmm, my barbeque is on fire and I don't know how to put out flames coming out of a giant tank of gas." So the fire department starts rushing over, by that time though the knob has blown off the top of the propane tank and it's now a flame thrower tossing fire into the side of our house. Fire department gets there, starts shooting water all over the place, run in, grab cats, bada bing, bada boom, fire out! Anyhow, if anyone wants to talk more about it, you can AIM me whenever I'm back around. Right now I'm at school using a lab PC to post this, but I might be around some tonight at the hotel the Red Cross is putting us up in for two days. It has free DSL you know.
