Let it be known amongst you. There is a new supplemental book out called Unearthed Arcana, it's 3.5 compliant. After a quick glance at it, I'm already fairly sure it's going to shake up our games quite a bit. You can find it available for download at http://www.suprnova.org under misc. and then books.
