I'm dumber than an ape

I had a rather bizarre moment this morning when I attempted to eat the banana I had brought to work for breakfast, and I discovered that I couldn't open the damn thing. I had just cut my fingernails last night, and I didn't have anything sharp around my desk, so I just couldn't break the skin of the banana! After some tense moments of struggling, I finally got it open, but it was touch-and-go for a while there.

All I could think was, "Even a gorilla can do this. Are you dumber than a gorilla, Bryan?"
