it's strange.
i recall, in 2004 i got my very first PC. and went crazy.
the first thing i did? search Hanamuke, a "visual kei" band.
and OH.MY.GOD. when i saw them i became obsessed!
and then came gravitation. the anime...
then came conventions...fashion...
the rest is history.
and i cant believe it was over ten years ago :(
a part of me wants to pop in my kuRt dvd and watch their 2005 live or something, or listen to PLC.
man, those were some damn good years. i left drama in the Punk/goth nyc community and got into this, which seemed whimsical and new.

and now its like...a chore to go online and listen to music...even though its practically handed to us now, especially compared to back in the day when jrock fans with easier access to Japam refused to share whatever it was they found...

anyhoo...summer isnt too hot this year. i hope i can come ti NYC with my dad this fall. 3 times in a year is alot to ask, but he doesnt know about the last time, and he offered, so keeping my fingers crossed...
